Did you know that after the First World War, the German Shepherd was renamed, the Alsatian, to avoid predicted harm to the breed's popularity? I did another design in response to the post-Brexit surge in racism that actually pointed the extent to which dogs don't tend to notice each other's breeds, they just play with each other as dogs, regardless of superficial differences.
